What is TimbersPremium.com?

TimbersPremium.com is the official single game suites website of the Portland Timbers. TimbersPremium.com is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the Portland Timbers and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from Portland Timbers

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Portland Timbers.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Portland Timbers suite?

To book a Portland Timbers suite at Providence Park, click on the game you wish to attend via the Rent A Suite to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Premium Sales Department with the Portland Timbers at (503) 553-5445 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Portland Timbers Premium Sales Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Timbers will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Providence Park.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on TimbersPremium.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Suites are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the VIP Suite Entrance located at Gate F and take an elevator to the suite.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on TimbersPremium.com include all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events, please contact the Portland Timbers Premium Sales Department at (503) 553-5445 or [email protected].

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Portland Timbers representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 48 hours prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Providence Park.

How much does catering typically cost?

Price is based on type of food and beverage - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Portland Timbers Premium Sales Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Providence Park. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Providence Park)?

GameDay Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include 2 parking passes. You will be provided with details on where and how to park. For additional parking, please visit https://www.timbers.com/providencepark/matchday/transportation-and-parking to learn more.

Where do I find the VIP Entrance?

The VIP Suite entrance can be found at Gate F at Providence Park (20th and Morrison).

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor).

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
